catWorkX Day 2014 Recap

We had a great time attending this year's catWorkX Day 2014 in Hamburg, Germany, hosted by our Atlassian expert partner. There were some great opportunities to network with others from the Atlassian ecosystem, put faces to names, and reunite with familiar faces we haven't seen for a little while.

On the day before the event, we had the opportunity to meet with several of our Tempo customers and others interested in our products to give them a general overview of Tempo's solutions, assist with specific questions and issues, give some tips on general best practices, and talk about our product roadmap and what is coming soon from Tempo. We received a lot of helpful feedback from our customers, including what they would like to see from Tempo and what we can improve on.

Dr. Wolfgang Tank and Jan Schulz from CatWorkX officially kicked off the event.

Sven Peters gave a great keynote on behalf of Atlassian.

Vidar, Tempo's Director of Product, gave a short presentation on Tempo's solutions for JIRA and JIRA Agile.

And afterward, we were able to unwind and mingle at the beach party hosted by CatWorkX.

Another highlight of the trip was watching the Germany-USA World Cup match and seeing our friends at k15t, who are building some awesome solutions for Confluence.

One of our main takeaways from this event is that there are many exciting things happening throughout the Atlassian ecosystem, from 1-2 person teams to larger organizations. Regardless of size, the quality and variety of solutions enhancing Atlassian products is really amazing.

We had a great time and are looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new people again — hopefully at Summit 2014!
