We’re back from the Atlassian Summit in San Francisco, and are mostly recuperated from our jet lag. We had a great time at Summit this year, meeting with current customers, new members of the ecosystem, and getting valuable feedback on our products. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello!
As our preparations leading up to Summit were a bit hectic, and because we were out of our element in San Francisco, we tried to take advantage of the wonderful weather and different surroundings, and have some fun. Here are some of the things we did during Summit:
1. Tasted Some Local Brews
What better way to fend off jet lag than by tasting some local beer? We headed off to a local microbrewery, Rogue, to try some of their seasonal offerings (shout out to our friends at K15t Software who joined us!). Overall consensus: yum!
2. Rode Bikes to Sausalito
On the Sunday before Summit, we headed over to Sausalito under some amazing autumnal weather. We rode bikes over the Golden Gate Bridge, stopped to take in some of the breathtaking city views, and munched on some good eats before hopping a ferry back to the city.
3. Climbed Some Uber Steep Hills
Did you know that San Francisco is a rather hilly city? Yeah. Let’s just say that we managed to fit in some good leg exercises from all of the walking!
4. Demoed Our New Products
With more than 1,700 attendees this year, Summit was pretty exceptional. At our booth, we demoed the upcoming Tempo Timesheets 7.8 release, as well as our two new products, Tempo Planner and Tempo Books. Hearing feedback from all those who stopped by was both encouraging and invaluable, as your feedback only helps us make our products even better.
5. Attended the Ecosystem Partners Dinner & Awards Night
On the last night of Summit, we attended the annual Partners Dinner & Awards Night. It was great to see all of the positive encouragement, support, and tenacity within the ecosystem. And, we even took home a snazzy new award for the Top Selling Atlassian Marketplace Add-on (FY 2013) for our Tempo Timesheets add-on for JIRA!
See you next year!
