TM Software has successfully developed a solution built around Tempo, which supplements the work requests and services of the JIRA system from Atlassian. The main advantages of Tempo involve the simplification of administration of accounts and time registration, typically resulting in greater efficiency for businesses. Tempo also provides a good overview of the time registration, project management data, and invoice issues with an intuitive graphic interface.
AT&T needed a product that would provide us with more effective perspectives on time, project management, and invoice issues, and that was easier to use than our previous approach.
“Nobody likes to enter time! To help our organization get better insight into where we are in our delivery process, having up-to-date information about where resources are spending their time is important. Getting our engineers to enter their time helps us in this endeavor.”

Tempo’s solution supplements the work requests and service system from Atlassian’s JIRA. We do a significant amount of reporting out of Tempo. The Tempo time registration system facilitates the organization of issues related to billing and time reporting, and can lead to considerable improvements in organizational efficiency. Tempo provides managers and employees with more effective perspectives on time, project management, and invoice issues.
Why Tempo? Nobody likes to enter time! To help our organization get better insight into where we are in our delivery process, having up-to-date information about where resources are spending their time is important. Getting our engineers to enter their time helps us in this endeavor. Our users believe the timesheet view is much easier to use than the standard JIRA views. On the whole, Tempo is very stable and much faster than our previous approach. The product is a very good investment.
